How to reach us
HOW TO REACH US CASA PALMIRA is situated only 16.5Km north of Florence on the S.S.302 Via Faentina - that leads into Borgo San Lorenzo in the Mugello area. It is 9km from Fiesole and just about one hour from Siena, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa. IF YOU HAVE STELLITE NAVIGATOR: set it at Il Laghino, Borgo San Lorenzo, Firenze. Satellite coordinates: N 43° 52 29,8 - S 11° 20 37,3 FOR GUESTS ON FOOT: we can organise a transfer from the airport or train station, to and fro Casa Palmira (please let us know well in advance). From Milan Bologna (A1) Exit Barberino del Mugello, then follow signs for Borgo San Lorenzo. From Borgo San Lorenzo follow the signs for Firenze Via Faentina on the S.S.302. After driving through the villages of Polcanto and Mulinaccio, after 17.5 km, turn on the left for Feriolo restaurant. Casa Palmira is on the left past the small wooden bridge. From Pisa Lucca Genova (A11) Exit Firenze, then follow the signs for Firenze centro, then the signs for Fiesole. When you arrive in the main square of Fiesole, drive on through the town. From Fiesole follow the sign for Olmo Via dei Bosconi S.P.54. After about 8 km you get to a roundabout on the Via Faentina S.S. 302 where you follow the signs for Borgo San Lorenzo. After about 1km, turn right at the sign for Feriolo restaurant. Casa Palmira is on the left past the small wooden bridge. From Rome (A1) Exit FIRENZE SUD, then follow the signs for FIESOLE. When you arrive in the main square of Fiesole, drive on through the town. From FIESOLE follow the sign for OLMO Via dei Bosconi on the S.P. 54. After about 8km you get to a roundabout on the Via Faentina S.S. 302 where you follow the signs for Borgo San Lorenzo. After about 1km, turn right at the sign for FERIOLO restaurant.
